N.P. Lanitis Ltd was founded in 1896 by the two sons of the founder of the Lanitis Group Panayis Sykas from Lania (later known as Panayis Lanitis), Nicolas and Costas P. Lanitis. Over the decades N.P. Lanitis Ltd formed the backbone of the Lanitis Group. Today, it has evolved into a dynamic private equity company.

Lanitis Energy
Introduces and implements new technologies and electrical products and services with emphasis on Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and energy conservation. Specialized products and services are provided through individual member companies (Lanitis Electrics, Conercon Energy Solutions and Lanitis Gas) and include electrical supplies, photovoltaics, liquid petroleum gas, automation systems and consulting services related to the energy sector.
Carob Mill Restaurants
Owns and manages a number of up-market restaurants and cafeterias. Catering services are also offered and private venues located at the Carob Mill Complex are available for private functions and corporate events.
Lanitis Aristophanous
Trades three main lines of business: a) timber and its by-products (softwoods, hardwoods and timber-related industrial products such as MDF, chipboard, OSB and plywood; b) specialized building materials; and c) sanitary ware, ceramic tiles, parquet floors and decking.
L.C.A. Domiki
Offers a complete package of products and services of superior quality while responding to the full range of requirements in the industry for concrete reinforcing products. Firmly established in the steel industry in Cyprus, the three main categories of products include steel reinforcing bars, wire mesh and cut and bend products.

Subsidiary of Lanitis Energy, operates in the market of electrical supplies offering an extensive product line consisting of cables, wires, wiring accessories, circuit protection, automation devices, fire detection systems, cable management systems, etc.
Conercon Energy Solutions
Subsidiary of Lanitis Energy, plays a pioneering role in the Cyprus Renewable Energy market and energy conservation offering the latest technologies in the design, sale and installation of photovoltaic systems of the highest standards both for residential, commercial and industrial sectors as well as large-scale PV parks.
Lanitis Gas
Subsidiary of Lanitis Energy, is the exclusive distributor in Cyprus of the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) Agip-Eurogas supplied by Petrolina Holdings.
