Limassol Marina

Limassol Marina is a €350 million waterfront development designed to combine luxury residences and a state-of-the-art Marina with exclusive restaurants and shops. A first of its kind for Cyprus, the Marina is able to accommodate up to 650 yachts, ranging in length from 8m to 110m, with facilities and services of the highest standard.

The Lanitis Group, an active member in the project from the early stages of design and development, owns an 22% share of Limassol Marina Ltd, through Cybarco Development Ltd, having also the project management and being the exclusive sales agent of residential properties.
