Limassol Greens Golf Resort

Limassol Greens Golf Resort is a special leisure and residential project which will be developed on the site of Lanitis Farm existing citrus plantations in the Fasouri area near Limassol. Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd, the owning company, has been established in order to successfully design, develop and operate this new project.

The company has been listed in the Alternative Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and granted the final official license for the development of the project, a fully integrated golf and real estate development within Limassol, Cyprus’ most cosmopolitan city and the country’s major business center.

Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd, is owned by MCY Development Ltd, whose share capital is owned by Lanitis Farm Ltd – a subsidiary company of Lanitis Group – at 50% and AMOL Enterprises – held by international investors – also at 50%.

One of the main goals of the masterplan, as designed by AECOM/EDAW, is to create a contemporary designed, integrated leisure and residential community project that includes the best of modern Cypriot architecture and planned community living. The project will include:
